Delivery Options:

• Free Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) on orders over £75.

• Express delivery options available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.

Additional Shipping Charges:

For locations outside mainland UK, additional shipping charges apply. Affected regions include:

• Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands

If your postcode falls within these areas, please contact us for a delivery quote.

Important Notes:

• Orders placed before 11 AM (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day.

• Next-day delivery is subject to stock availability.

• We strongly recommend that tradesmen or installers are not booked until the goods are received. We are not liable for any costs due to delayed delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging.

• We do not accept returns for used, installed, or customised items.

• A 20% restocking fee applies for non-faulty returns.

• If an item is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label for free return shipping.
