Returns & Refund Policy

Notification of Defects

If you receive goods from Havenmark that are defective or damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery or collection:

  • If the defect or damage was not immediately apparent upon delivery, you must notify us within a reasonable period after discovering the issue.

  • Your notification should include a clear description of the defect or damage along with photos of the affected item(s).

  • Once we review and acknowledge the defect or damage, we will, at our discretion, provide one of the following resolutions:
    ✅ A replacement for the affected item(s)
    ✅ A full refund
    ✅ A repair or rectification, if applicable

This resolution will be considered full satisfaction of any claims related to the defect or damage. Havenmark will not be held liable for any further losses or damages beyond the agreed resolution.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

  • Items that have been used, installed, or no longer in a sellable condition are not eligible for a return or refund.

Return Shipping Policy:

  • If the item is damaged or defective, Havenmark will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

  • If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost. You must provide us with the tracking number to ensure the return is properly processed.

Restocking Fee:

For non-faulty returns, a 20% restocking fee of the total order amount will apply. This also applies to:

  • Packages refused upon delivery

  • Returns due to incorrect or insufficient addresses

  • Unclaimed deliveries

Note: The restocking fee does not apply to returns of defective or damaged items.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or sale items
