International Delivery Information
At Havenmark, we are committed to offering reliable international delivery services. Below, you will find details regarding shipping timeframes, charges, returns, and additional fees for international orders.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard International Delivery: 12 to 25 business days (subject to customs clearance).
Express Delivery: Available upon request. Please contact us to arrange express shipping, noting that additional charges will apply.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Certain large or heavy items may incur additional shipping fees. If applicable, we will contact you with a separate invoice before dispatch.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
If customs duties are not paid and the order is returned to us, a 30% restocking fee will be applied, along with return shipping costs. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Return Policy for International Orders
Customers must return items at their own expense.
A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items.
If an order is returned due to unpaid customs duties, both the 30% restocking fee and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately.
In such cases, no restocking fee will apply, and we will provide a return shipping label at our expense.
However, Havenmark is not responsible for the loss of any duties or surcharges incurred in the destination country.
Additional Shipping Charges for Existing Orders
If you have already placed an order and need delivery outside the UK, any additional international shipping fees will be invoiced separately.
Shipping charges may vary due to product dimensions, weight, and price fluctuations from our delivery partners. Oversized or irregularly shaped items may incur additional fees.
